Move the trolley to the designated location every day. Use a clean, non-woven cloth with a special cleaning fluid to gently wipe the surface and surroundings of the nozzle. Note that the nozzle surface is the most important and fragile part. Please clean it carefully.
Check the nozzle mirror and surroundings for debris. Clean them every week. Use a cotton swab, dipped in special cleaning fluid, to clean the ink residue around the nozzle.

Under normal use: 1-3 years (related to the frequency of use and maintenance habits)

The print head should be repeatedly rinsed with cleaning fluid to clean the internal ink before use. If there is still an abnormality, please contact our technical team.

Yes, Epson print heads are compatible with all our printing equipment.

1. Print quality is reduced: If you see irregular streaks, blur, or missing colors in the print, the print head may be clogged or damaged. It may need replacement.
2. Printing speed is slowed down: If the print speed is much slower and the paper and driver are normal, the print head may need replacing.
3. Repeated cleaning of the print head is ineffective: If the print quality does not improve after several cleanings, the print head may be clogged or damaged. It cannot be repaired by cleaning.
4. Lifespan: Each print head has its expected lifespan. Check the printer's manual or the manufacturer's advice. It will show the print head's life limit. If the print head is close to or exceeds its expected lifespan, preventive replacement may be a wise choice.
