Application Settings:

Wash Resistance:

Load the DTF PET film into the printer and print the design pattern with special ink.
Sprinkle DTF hot melt powder evenly on the undried printing surface and shake it gently to remove excess powder.
Use an oven or hot press to melt the DTF powder at a temperature of 110-130°C for 2-5 minutes.
Place the transfer film on the fabric surface and press at 120-160°C for 8-15 seconds.
Tear off the film or transfer the finished product.

It must be operated in a well-ventilated area with a professional fume extraction system.
Full protective equipment must be worn during operation, including protective clothing, N95 masks, goggles, and protection.
The temperature in the working area is maintained at 23-27°C and the relative humidity is maintained between 55%-75%.
After the operation, hands must be washed with soap and all work surfaces must be cleaned.
Store the powder in a sealed, cool, and dry place away from fire and moisture.
