Application Settings:

Wash Resistance:

Print the design
Spread the powder evenly on the printed product
Preheat the product with a heat press/oven to 110-130°C.
Place the PET film on the T-shirt and adjust the temperature to 120-160°C for 8-15 seconds.

Note: If the printed product has oil on it, place baking paper on it and press it again, setting the temperature to 120-160°C for 5-10 seconds.

When using DTF products, wear personal protective equipment. This includes protective clothing, glasses, and a mask. They will prevent inhaling harmful fumes from curing powder.
When handling hot melt powder, if you have an allergic reaction or accidentally ingest it, please stop the operation immediately and seek medical help.
DTF powder should be stored in a dry and cool environment to prevent agglomeration and moisture absorption.
