T-shirt Printing Process
Design Image and Print
Use image editing software to design or adjust the pattern and send it to the DTF printer device.
Apply Powder
Sprinkle the powder evenly on the pattern of the transfer film and remove the excess powder.
Heat Press Transfer
The pattern on the DTF transfer film is transferred to the fabric through a heat press .
Cold Peeling/Hot Peeling
The last step is to peel off the transfer film, and the clothing pattern is clear and durable.
