1. After printing the design on the PET film, let it sit for 1-2 minutes.
2. Evenly spread the DTF hot melt powder on the printed pattern. Then, shake off the excess powder.
3. Preheat the powder to 110-130°C using a heat press.
4. Place the processed DTF pattern accurately on the cooled T-shirt and press it at 120-160℃ for 15 seconds.

Note: 

• If the finished product is greasy, cover it with baking paper. Press it for 5-10 seconds at the same temperature to repair it.
• Unused hot melt powder should be sealed and stored in a cool and dry place to prevent agglomeration and moisture absorption.

• Operate in a well-ventilated area, equipped with smoke extraction equipment to ensure air circulation.
• When operating, you must wear a full set of protective equipment, including protective clothing, N95 masks, goggles, and protective gloves. It is strictly forbidden to eat, drink or smoke during the operation.
• Keep a safe distance from the printing equipment to avoid powder scattering.
• After use, seal and store in a cool and dry place to prevent powder deterioration.
• If it comes into contact with eyes or skin, rinse with clean water for 15 minutes and seek medical attention. If inhaled, move to a ventilated place.
• After the operation, wash your hands and contact areas thoroughly with soapy water. Work clothes should be washed separately and waste should be disposed of in time.
• Keep the container sealed to avoid long-term contact with air, away from fire and humid environment.
• Check storage conditions regularly to prevent powder deterioration.
